Request permanent removal of your ASTAMIND account and associated farm data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@astamind.ai from the address registered to your account.
- Subject line: Delete my ASTAMIND account
- We will verify ownership and confirm deletion by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account profile and login
- Farm fields, crops, and preferences linked to your account
- Uploaded photos associated with your account, where applicable
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security backups (then data is purged on schedule).
Signing out is not deletion
Signing out of the app does not delete your account. Use this process for permanent removal.

You can also open Profile → Settings → Delete account for the same instructions.
