ASTAMIND respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address and name when you sign up.
• Farm & field data — field names, crop choices, area, soil, water source, and map boundaries you draw.
• Location data — field coordinates and place labels to personalize weather and mandi prices for your fields.
• Usage data — basic app interactions needed to operate and improve the service.
• Photos (optional) — if you use crop disease screening, images you choose to upload.

How we use information

• Provide weather forecasts and market price guidance near your fields.
• Save your farms, crops, and preferences across devices when you sign in.
• Send in-app notifications about weather and farm alerts you enable.
• Respond to support requests and account deletion requests.

Location data

Location is used only to personalize forecasts and mandi prices for your fields. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data storage & security

Data is stored securely in ASTAMIND cloud infrastructure (Supabase). We use industry-standard authentication and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect farmer data.

Third-party services

• Weather data from licensed public providers.
• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
• Cloud hosting and authentication providers required to run the app.

Your choices

• You may sign out at any time from the app.
• You may request account and data deletion — see Delete account.
• Location permissions can be controlled in your device settings.

Children

ASTAMIND is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
